Box of Hope

The first morning I woke up after my husband passed away, I was praying and reading the Bible.  As I poured my heart out to the Lord not understanding how 'this' could possibly be my story, the Holy Spirit gentle whispered, "Kim, I will use what you are walking in and through to offer hope and healing to others.  Since that moment, I've prayed and sought the Lord on his perfect plan.

In the spring of 2023, a precious friend reached out letting me know that her husband had passed away; and in that moment, I felt a different level of grief.  A grief, that I knew and understood the road set before her. As I began praying I asked the Holy Spirit: "What could I do that would minister HOPE & JOY to her broken and shattered heart?"

In that moment, 'Box of Hope' was birthed; and I began curating specific items for the box, knowing that the contents of the box would be a tangible reminder that she is seen, loved, and that she is never alone.
